The quote agreed upon in the showroom at San Jose Santana Row vs what showed up as we planned to pick up the car was widely different. The staff was clueless at best.

@airindiain some feedback about my recent DEL-EWR flight. First off, the crew was absolutely wonderful!

Now the bad: the Boeing 777 was horribly maintained - dead touch screens on the infotainment, worn cloth upholstery, broken(yes broken) seat trims and trays.

Can do better.
