My e-Jagriti consumer complaint (Filing No. 202604110521) has remained under scrutiny for over two months. Meanwhile, HDFC Bank has initiated recovery action and placed a lien on my savings account despite admitting that confirmation from SBI regarding the disputed transactions
HDFC Bank has closed my complaint as “final” without providing any independent proof of credit. They claim the transaction is successful but also state SBI confirmation is still awaited. No UTR or verifiable transaction trail has been shared despite repeated requests.
Dear @HDFC_Bank & @HDFCBank_Cares, I already know beneficiary bank confirmation is still pending. You wrongly charged me for a failed transaction—confirmation never comes in such cases. It’s been 2 years. Refund the amount with charges immediately.

For 2 years, the bank admits it has NO proof of end-credit from SBI, yet says “pay the amount, no refund.”
