Since Prashant Kishor defeated BJP in the Bankipur by-election a seat once represented by the BJP's national president, BJP's IT cell, leaders, and even Union ministers have started pushing a fake narrative against him.

They are sharing a half-cut video clip claiming PK promised to make Bankipur like Bengaluru and later denied it.

But that's not what he said.

He said he would present a blueprint of what Bankipur could look like over the next 20 years. During the campaign, he also made it clear : I'm not in power. But I'll use all my contacts to make Bankipur a great constituency. In the next 1-2 years, I can only give you a glimpse of that vision.

Yet BJP leaders are spreading a misleading half-clip.

The same constituency has been represented by the current BJP national president for around 25 years. Despite that, BJP has done little to transform it. It's the capital of Bihar, yet many people describe it as one of the dustiest state capitals in India.

Ironically, when Narendra Modi publicly promised to make Patna like Pune, Muzaffarpur like Mumbai, and announced 10 smart cities for Bihar, the same leaders remained completely silent.

Those promises are still just speeches.
