@GrantPaulsen Do you think there's anything to how they're using their bullpen, specifically pulling guys with men on base? Nats allow over 30% of inherited runners to score, and we burn 2 relievers each time, so maybe the analytics need to take a back seat?
@GrantPaulsen If we're going to talk about this team after this series, don't talk about their offense anymore. If you have no bullpen, it doesn't matter if you're the best offense in baseball. DFA Parker, trade minor league guys for SOMETHING, because this ain't cutting it. Embarrassing
@funnydanny It's the struggle for Nats fans built from years of disappointment. From the first home run in the 7th to get it to 5-2, I turned my volume down because I could just feel it coming. 157 more emotional roller-coasters left
@funnydanny Just started it, and not having a block function is throwing me off a bit, but the boss variety is great. The story is going right over my head, but that's not why we play the game sometimes
@klwoodjr I love the guy as a person, but he's basically like putting the pitcher out there to hit back in the day. Automatic outs for a role that's only there to hit
@grantpaulsen@funnydanny with the focus on improving culture, are you concerned at all with Lattimore's history of disgruntled and antagonistic behavior?
@grantpaulsen Multiple penalties on Lattimore, can't keep his hands off any receiver no matter where on the field. The trade might be first big miss for Peters if he can't get his act together moving forward
@funnydanny But it's OK, because this is why we brought him here while injured and are OK that he missed almost the entire 2nd half of the season after the trade. For games like this...
@funnydanny Does Sinnott have terrible hands or something? How is Ertz still the first in the depth chart when he can't run after catch and now can't even catch?
