Austin wasn't armed which means Karmelo had no legal right to use deadly force. what would've been acceptable in this situation is leaving. it would've saved 2.

@dubya33 @Moustache_bq @Brooketaylortv so in Texas nothing gives you the right to push someone unless it's mutual combat, in this situation that obviously doesn't apply. what Karmelo did however was much more illegal, self defense means minimum amount of force necessary. one wasn't armed meaning it was legally wrong.
