So many potentially great artists emerging in popular music presently, it feels like the 1970s again. What a performance from @officialdoechii @glastonbury, dedicated, educated, & electric.
An exceptional artist.

'Fragile Beauty'. Contemplates the experiences that shape our form.

The Chet Baker photographs capture much around his life.
Miles Davis's hand lines are perhaps as complex as his living.

Many more works to ponder in the context of these two collectors lived human experiences.

These events in music history continue to be inspirational for many.
How powerful 'We' is.
Creative people uniting for global unifying goals is beyond expression.
It is humanity at its best.
These times are human experiences of life at its highest point.

The chosen innovative animation style and visual is also a great story telling aid throughout."

This week is the 50th anniversary of what has been recognised as the birth of Hip Hop.

50 years ago yesterday DJ KOOL HERC threw a party in The Bronx infused with Jamaican Americaness and as a result, we got Hip Hop.

Sinead O'Connor's conscious use of her platform can only be marvelled at with present eyes. The strain on the young Sinead is a hard watch, but determination for an improved world remained intact throughout her life. Part of the soundtrack to the 90s.

An excellent portrait of an original artist. One of the first women in the mainstream to step out of the mould society dictates to use art & elevated position of privilege as a tool to resist injustices.

On Showtime today.
