@DianeRavitch@PeterKellyBC Sorry to say it but you can keep Cruz. We Canadians don't want him back. We have too many of our homegrown nutjobs to deal with.
Alberta Information and Privacy Commissioner Diane McLeod's office and the RCMP are both investigating the leak, which she referred to Wednesday as โthe worst breach in Canadian history involving voter data.โ #ableg#abpoli

@TodMaffin hits the nail squarely on the head. A country that still permits indentured servitude dares to lecture us on forced labour? That's hilarious! #cdnpoli

NEW: B.C. Conservative Leader @KerryLynneFindl says she would maintain "economic relations" with an independent Alberta if Albertans vote to leave Canada, saying she understands the โfrustration" behind the referendum โ National Post
@KerryLynneFindl Everything you're saying here is a lie. You aknowledge 18,000 deaths yet you double down on the policies that led to those deaths in the first place.
Damn ๐ฎ I never expected this post to resonate with so many people.
But addiction is one of those things where the truth can be painful.
We forgot birthdays.
We forgot jobs. We forgot court dates. We forgot people we loved.
The drugs?
Those we never forgot!
And that's exactly why I'm so grateful to be in recovery today.
Today I remember the things that actually matter: my family, my purpose, and the life I almost lost. โค๏ธ๐
One Card. Thatโs it.
Starting July 2, Albertans can get a new driverโs licence or ID card that includes their healthcare number and proof of citizenship, all on one secure card at no additional cost.
No more flimsy paper cards. No more carrying multiple pieces of ID. Just a common-sense change that makes life easier.
The only time the police approach me is to say hello.
Had a great conversation with Steve Addison about many of the challenges we're facing today. I also thanked him for sharing a video of officers redirecting people who are using drugs in public to a supervised consumption site.
If we want to reduce public drug use, this is what it looks like: connecting people to appropriate services instead of simply moving them along to nowhere to use alone.
We need to get back to the four pillars: Prevention, Enforcement, Harm Reduction, and Recovery.
And honestly, it's time we added a fifth pillar:
Housing.
Because it's hard to address addiction, mental health, public safety, or recovery when someone doesn't have a place to call home. #VPD #Vanpoli
Hey Pete Hoekstra and Donald Trump, go to hell with the 51st state nonsense.
Canada is a sovereign country, not a bargaining chip, not a territory, and not a future addition to the United States. Canadians have no interest in giving up our independence, our institutions, or our identity.
You can keep pushing the fantasy, but itโs not happening. Canada will never be the 51st state.
Respect our sovereignty and move on.
