I am proud to announce that I have secured over $13 million in federal funding for North Texas in the FY26 funding package.
These dollars are coming straight to TX-30 to strengthen public safety, upgrade water and wastewater systems, modernize transit, and invest in parks and community spaces across our district.
We’ve lost a giant.
Reverend Jesse Jackson was fearless, faithful, and relentless in his pursuit of justice. He didn’t wait for permission to demand equality — he organized, he mobilized, and he built real political power for Black communities and for folks this country tried to leave behind.
He forced America to confront its hypocrisy and expand its promise. Because of his courage, more of us have a seat at the table today.
My prayers are with Representative Jonathan Jackson and the entire Jackson family. We honor Reverend Jackson not just for what he said, but for what he built.
There is so much truth to this that it ain't even funny. The kitchen is a sacred space and everything in a space has a place!! From the seasonings to the napkins, when that towel get folded onto the sink, the only thing you're allowed is bottled water!!! Messing around in my kitchen after it's closed is a sin.
