@adrock33@Sunrun In my 2021 saga they claimed they tried to reach out to me and I did not respond & closed my case. I had to start over again. This time the CS filled out the form and emailed it to the damage response case manager who then did not respond for weeks. Then threw ppl under the bus.
And attempts to contact through the internal system unanswered.
The technicians scheduled for today are not 2 hours late. This after the CEO sent an email in 2022 apologizing for the abysmal service. Appears nothing has changed. If I could remove them I would.
@Sunrun I regret the day you purchased Vivint. The customer service is horrible. I can’t repair this because of the panels. Your “Senior Escalations Expert” is trash. The phone goes right to VM, no response to emails. Multiple calls to CS with escalations
@Caliwakeboarder@Sunrun I agree - horrible customer service and I have escalated multiple times. And the worst if they won’t switch you to a different case manager. I requested it.
Does anyone else get irrationally angry when your FSA administrator -looking at you @P_A_Group -makes you submit even more unneeded documentation to let you spend your money. Obviously I spent it at the dentist. The clearly itemized invoice should be enough but it’s not. Why.

@CarolSOtt@SkatingTomato@ElectRyanDorsey When I shared a car with my ex that worked in Aberdeen I used it every day. It was stressful & aggravating. Eventually I moved back to Pigtown so I could walk to work & used Zipcar to run errands. I wish it was better - I have had such good experiences in other cities.
@SkatingTomato@ElectRyanDorsey Also let’s talk about the food desert in Pigtown - no walkable decent grocery stores. I drive to federal hill / locust point or pay a ton in delivery fees. I have tried to use the bus & light rail and both failed me. Get better transportation & safe walkable neighborhoods first.
