Airtel’s customer service is pathetic. Waited 12–13 mins on IVR only to get disconnected with “executives are busy.” Tried again, same result. The chat option in Airtel Thanks app is useless — just bots with irrelevant predefined replies. @Airtel_Presence Do better.

Just had the most infuriating experience with @Central_Railway! Filed a complaint about very sensitive matter, and guess what? They CLOSED it without even addressing the issue or providing a resolution! Talk about terrible customer service! 😡

@RailwayOfficial, @Central_Railway extremely disappointed with the chaos in Sleeper Coach S7 of Tulsi Express (22129) train! Unauthorised people without valid tickets are cramming inside, taking reserved seats, and disturbing everyone's sleep.

I have taken home loan with ICICI Bank. I was eligible for Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna Scheme. They booked my loan under "Floating Rate Home Loan MIG I MIG II" same is mentioned in the sanction letter. But they didn't proceed it further. I'm following up with them since a year now,
