True love is not about possession; it is about wishing them well, even if their path leads away from yours.
Love deeply, but love with total freedom. Appreciate their presence, accept their absence too.
Never let your capacity to love become a cage for someone else...
As Nigerians, we survive things that should logistically break a human being. The heat, the bills, the traffic, the constant systemic stress...
We go to sleep most times angry, but somehow we wake up full of hope & ready to fight again. May tomorrow be more kind,& better❤️✨🙏🏼🤗
True love is not about possession; it is about wishing them well, even if their path leads away from yours.
Love deeply, but love with total freedom. Appreciate their presence, accept their absence too.

Me: Mummy, my head is aching me😩...
Nigerian Mom: It’s because you didn't drop that phone since morning. Keep looking at the screen, your brain will soon turn to boiled egg.👀
Ma, it's just malaria please. 😩🚶🏾♂️
I got a message from an old secondary school friend I haven’t spoken to since we graduated.
She had traveled out of the country, and now she’s back in my city asking if I’d be open to us linking up.
I won’t lie, she’s grown into someone really beautiful.
I left her on read… now I’m thinking, what’s the right move here?
I’m celibate 🫣
When I lost my mum, many people promised to stand by me and told me to call them anytime. Today, most of them are nowhere to be found.
My lesson from it all: put your trust in God, not in people. God remains faithful when everyone else walks away.
I took my phone to one repair shop at Saka Tinubu in VI, as the screen suddenly went blank while I was using it. The technician checked it for a few minutes then started talking plenty about how bad the panel was and murmuring under his breath that this would be expensive. He even brought out his phone and did small calculation- the amount almost gave me migraine.
I told him I would think about it first and stepped outside. Another customer there quickly beckoned and advised me to try another shop before paying anything. So I went somewhere else nearby and the second technician fixed the phone in less than five minutes by soldering one loose connection.
When I remember the first guy and that experience, I just laugh in disbelief.
My new security guard refused to let the property owner's into their own construction site.
I wasn't on site. They showed up with potential clients to inspect the property.
He stopped them at the gate. Said he needed clearance from me first.
They stood outside in the sun with their clients waiting.
The husband called me. I apologized and asked them to pass the phone to the security.
He refused to collect it.
Said it was unprofessional. I should call his number directly.
Shock first catch me
So I called him. He opened the gate.
One of the clients tipped him on the way in.
Said they were impressed.
I didn't know where I see this James Bond that I hired as security o😂
I always go to church and I don't miss service.
I missed service yesterday because I was sick.
my pastor called me this evening and was scolding me on the phone that I didn't come to church.
He said I didn't tell him I was going to be absent.
The next thing he asked was if I paid my tithes for last month!!!
I was speechless and I told him "sir I will call you back"
I just didn't want to say anything that will mean I'm rude. I had to excuse myself.
Please what should I do in this situation? I'm really disappointed.
