Being an Indian myself I am horrified and there cannot be any excuse. I am sorry for the experience.

This security guard by tossing the garbage didn’t realize that he tossed the image of the country with it. Seems that you stayed in a modern apartment complex and I find it hard to believe no bins at all which is usually not the case. The garbage is first placed in bins at our homes which are collected on daily basis by municipal authorities directly from door step.

But nothing justifies his actions and he should know better
