At this point it’s clear @Verizon leadership isn’t just incompetent it’s starting to look fraudulent.
People have been without service for more than half a day, yet the bills still run like clockwork. Miss a payment by two seconds? Disconnected. But when Verizon fails nationwide multiple times in a single year? Silence, platitudes, and zero compensation.
This isn’t a one-off “oops.” It’s a pattern. Nationwide outages. No refunds. No accountability. No explanation.
This deserves investigation. @congressdotgov should be asking why a telecom giant can repeatedly fail at basic service delivery while still charging full price to individuals and businesses who rely on this for work, safety, and emergencies.

@vicky_secretz I just emailed them about this and requested service charges for every single delayed package since I’ve been shopping with them. They need to stop advertising next day and it’s not next day.
@JitterBugJenni@Verizon@VerizonSupport Go to your cellular settings and see if it says add eSIM. If so click on it and let it activate. Wait a few mins and your service bars should reappear. If not, try resetting your E-sim but do not delete it. Hope that helps!

@ti_reneex @princesaxchanel @Verizon If it’s not allowing you to add it call Verizon tech department directly and they’ll add it so you can activate. If you hit delete eSIM and it says reset you can reset but do not hit delete eSIM everything will be permanently lost.
@a_ztrucker@strongspacebunz@Verizon@VerizonNews@VerizonSupport I just spoke with them and added the e sim from my cellular settings (let it activate on WiFi) and it fixed the problem. I’m in Georgia but I hope that helps. Been stuck for two days so I know the feeling.
