ASPA Kenya Chapter met with Hon. Anthony Oluoch, MP for Mathare, to discuss progress on the proposed amendment of the Penal Code to decriminalise attempted suicide in Kenya.

The Bill has passed the 1st & 2nd Readings and is now awaiting the 3rd Reading.
