@JohnAdams897 @CallumLyon I’d bet a lot of money a high % of rental properties don’t have new boilers/ovens, and I’d bet even more money landlords would opt for the cheapest possible soloution as they aren’t living in the property. Almost as if that’s an accepted outcome of owning a property….
