🏆 Harrison Galloway is the 25/26 Young Player of the season.

It's fair to say Harrison had a big impact getting ROTM on his first appearance in the 1st team. His performances also saw him get his first assist for the 1st team a couple of weeks later. He also scored a hat-trick for the U18s.

📝 Beaconsfield Town FC is seeking to appoint an ambitious and driven Head of Women’s Football to lead and develop the club’s women’s and girls’ programme. This is a part-time, paid position with the potential to evolve into a full-time role as the programme grows.

This opportunity would suit a coach or player currently working within the game who is passionate about developing women’s football at both club and community level. Applicants should hold a valid DBS check and appropriate FA coaching qualifications (UEFA B Licence preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational oversight of the Women’s First Team and player pathway sides
Develop and expand the club’s girls’ academy, offering full-time study and training opportunities (including A Level and NCFE pathways)
Establish a girls-only development centre to support emerging talent
Design and deliver girls-only football camps and school engagement programmes
Work collaboratively with the club’s existing girls’ youth section to ensure a clear and effective player pathway

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the future of women’s football at Beaconsfield Town FC and within the wider local community.
