@Unite_Student i'm confused how you, a multimillion pound company, think that a two week rent refund (50% reduction for 4 weeks = 2 week refund) is an adequate refund for STUDENTS who cannot access housing they are paying for... we need a full refund of all weeks we are not there

@UniversityLeeds If you are in a @Unite_Student contract at @UniversityLeeds you are not entitled to a refund. They are only offering you a 4 week rent discount. If your struggling to claim your refunds keep in touch, you will get through this 💪
