Today our year 11 @UnityBlackpool students focused on developing and creating counter arguments against our class thesis statements. The responses they produced were fantastic! Massive thank you to @teachals and @SPryke2 - not sure how we ever survived without Ready to Teach!
This week our year 10 @UnityBlackpool girls had their final boxing session. Huge thank you to Jamie @BFCCT_ for giving up his time. The girls said the sessions “were great fun, a huge stress release and helped them improve their positive behaviour.” 🥊
A number of our brilliant @UnityEnglish secondary students entered the @Literacy_Trust writing competition ‘Connecting Stories’. 5 of our students were shortlisted in the top 10 entries and Amy in year 8 won 2nd place! We could not be prouder! 🥈🏅
