You know what…. after a night of processing this tragedy…. I’ve now got serious concerns with Corey’s video here.

1) Why would Corey come out with this video 24 hours after David allegedly ‘killed himself’ before his family had a chance to identify his body or make the first public statement?

2) Why would Corey assume and share with such certainty that David ‘killed himself’ as a direct result of cyber bullying? How could Corey arrive at this conclusion before any official public statement is made by law enforcement or David’s family that he is indeed deceased?

Red Flags 🚩 I’m raising:

• No police report released
• No hospital confirmation
• No verified family statement
• No coverage from major outlets (NYT, CNN,
AP, etc.)
• Story heavily tied to one individual with
prior controversy

If I’m wrong about any of the above, someone please update me. If I missed something out there, please share it with me.

I’m not accusing Corey of anything, I’ve followed his work for 12 years, but I’m troubled by what’s unfolding and HOW it’s landing as it unfolds…
