I done recharge from my jio app of 448rs and done on wrong number of mine only. When I contacted care they said after 30 min you will get the cancel button but I didn't got one
Tried calling but ai didn't trasfered the ca to care plz look into this

@ProteanEgovTech @IncomeTaxIndia I complained a lot ago regarding my appli. getting delayed first the doc. veri. took time now it's been 8-9 days since the application want to itd. As SOP says 7 days will be taken by itd to reply yet no reply and it's happening when I have complaint in advance👎

@IncomeTaxIndia I got to call from protean they told me income tax dept. uses 7 days timeline to process application it's the 7th day as it got transferred on 6th Jan. from protean they admitted that they themselves took lot time and apologised I hope as it's the 7th day today u guys process it
