im so jealous of people that eat small portions of food and are full after
doesn’t matter if i have one meal or five meals per day ill still be hungry
i have to eat more than 3000kcal in order to feel full its horrible

supplements I recommend 4 edtwt
-multivitamin (obvious)
-magnesium glycinate - water retention, bowel movements, better sleep
-potassium (IF ur bulimic and have done research on how to take it safely)
-peppermint oil capsule- appetite suppressant, helps w bloating
-iron
have you guys got like a list of foods you can’t buy or you know you’ll devour it all in one go? ~
for me it’s mochi ice cream or any type of bread, i always tell myself i’ll have one and then i end up having the entire pack so i just stopped buying it
