I still remember one trade that completely changed how I look at the market.

I was still fairly new to crypto and thought every pump was an opportunity.

One day I saw a token flying. The chart looked unstoppable, the comments were full of excitement, and everyone seemed convinced it would keep going higher.

So I jumped in.

Not only did I buy, I used leverage too.

For a few hours everything felt great. My position was green and I was already imagining the profits.

Then the market turned.

At first I told myself it was just a small pullback.

Then it dropped more.

Then even more.

Before I knew it, my position was liquidated.

That loss hurt, but it taught me lessons that still guide me today.

I learned the importance of risk management, proper position sizing, and setting stop-losses before entering a trade.

Most importantly, I learned that surviving the market is more important than chasing quick profits.

Today I trade with a completely different mindset. I focus on discipline, patience, and protecting my capital first.

Sometimes the trades we lose teach us more than the trades we win.
