A former J&K DGP and Army & intelligence officer who dedicated his life to the nation deserves at least the basic courtesy of being heard. Instead, these Dimagi Naxal voices respond to a well reasoned argument with insults and unsolicited certificates.

They demand accountability from everyone else, yet resist being held to the same standards, whether it means showing their degrees, disclosing their father’s name, or answering legitimate questions about their own credentials.

This isn’t accountability. It’s selective outrage masquerading as principle.

I never knew my friends' castes until we applied for JEE and had to choose between reserved or unreserved category.

Many kids living in cities don’t even know their own caste. Stop imposing your dehati mindset on all of us.

A 15 year old girl asking others to "share" their daughters.

This is the mentality they are trying to normalise in the name of Ambedkarism.

We formed a team that whenever there is an insult to Sanatan Dharma, any Deity, we take it to Court.

We are making them answerable.

वो जो मौसम था कि कुछ भी बोलो, मगर कोई पूछने वाला नहीं है I

That phase, we have come out of it to a great extent, and the journey is still on.

I gave @Nishuazad11 (Nishu Aazad) a clear and polite opportunity to delete the posts that insult Hindu Deities, Bhagwan Shiv, Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Maa Saraswati, and Maa Durga.

She is a minor. That is why I first asked her, and through her, her father, to take the posts down instead of rushing to legal action. Neither she nor her father deleted those posts. The content remains public.

I was left with no option but to file a complaint against her and her father/guardian for this deliberate refusal.

Disagreement with someone’s faith is a personal choice. It does not confer a licence to mock, degrade or insult the Gods and worship of others.

Freedom of speech is not freedom to outrage religious feelings. Those who post such content, and those who allow a minor’s account to keep it online after notice, must be prepared to face the process of law.

This shameless girl Nishu has crossed all limits She is now saying that beef was served at Tirupati Balaji

She can openly make such statements because she knows Hindus don’t give STSJ threats or and she won’t be arrested for this

The SC/ST Atrocities Act, by its very design, encourages misuse rather than genuine grievance redressal.

1. In a country where people kill each other over few hundred rupees, offering 1,00,000 rupees simply for filing a case under this Act, for offenses as minor as verbal abuse, creates a obvious perverse incentive. Up to 50% of this amount is disbursed upon the filing of the FIR alone, requiring no prior investigation. Another 25% is paid when the chargesheet is filed. The best part is, if the case is later proven false, the compensation is not automatically recovered. How could this setup not encourage misuse?

2. There is no requirement for a preliminary inquiry. Someone makes a complaint, and you are arrested, that's it. With anticipatory bail explicitly barred, you are left entirely at the mercy of the legal system. Depending on your financial resources, getting bail can take anywhere from a few days to many years; a man in UP spent 20 years in jail before being acquitted of false charges. While defenders of the law argue that the innocent will eventually be freed, the process itself becomes the punishment. Why should innocent individuals endure humiliation and severe mental, physical, financial, and social hardship in the name of skewed social justice?

3. There are virtually no consequences for deliberate false accusations. A complainant can fabricate allegations, land an innocent person in prison, collect govt compensation, be exposed as a liar in court, and still face zero accountability. Instead, they can simply play the victim, claiming that the justice system fails the marginalized.

This framework has spawned a lucrative extortion ecosystem. Syndicates exploit the threat of non-bailable arrest to blackmail citizens, business owners, and public officials. When unverified cash payouts, absolute immunity, and guaranteed incarceration align, a law designed to shield the vulnerable inevitably becomes a tool for institutionalized extortion.

Oh, really? @zoo_bear What about when my photo was edited with the Prime Minister and circulated by people at the CJP protest at Jantar Mantar? When will you speak about that? If using AI or edited images to insult and demean women is wrong, then it should be wrong in every case, regardless of religion or politics. Don’t make it a matter of selective outrage.🧐
@DelhiPolice @BJP4Delhi When will you take action against this person? 🧐
