Unlockr is a milestone automation platform built for token projects on Robinhood Chain.
Projects can connect their token, set real milestones around holders, market cap, volume, burns, time, or custom onchain conditions, then define what should happen when those targets are reached.
Instead of milestones being nothing more than roadmap promises, Unlockr turns them into programmable outcomes. A project can reach 1,000 holders and unlock a reward pool, hit a market cap target and open a new feature, complete a burn milestone and trigger a treasury action, or use custom conditions to unlock access, rewards, webhooks, and more.
Set the condition. Define the outcome. Let progress actually do something.
Unlockr is still simple at the core: set a milestone, attach an action, and track progress. The bigger opportunity is what projects can build on top of that. Rewards, access, feature releases, treasury flows, community goals, external automations, and more can all sit behind measurable conditions. That’s the direction we’re pushing toward.
We don’t want Unlockr to be another dashboard that just displays numbers. The important part is what those numbers can trigger. Tracking 1,000 holders is useful. Tracking 1,000 holders and having a defined outcome attached to it is much more interesting. That’s the difference we’re building around.
Unlockr is being built for the part of crypto that usually happens manually. Projects hit holder targets, burn milestones, volume goals, or time-based goals every day, but someone still has to watch the numbers, make the announcement, and carry out whatever was promised. Unlockr turns that into an actual system: define the condition, define the outcome, and let the project progress trigger what happens next.
Unlockr is built to make token milestones actually matter.
Projects can connect holders, market cap, volume, burns, time, and custom conditions to real outcomes like rewards, features, access, and treasury actions.
Instead of just posting “we hit the target,” Unlockr lets the target trigger what happens next.
Set the milestone. Define the outcome. Let growth move the project forward.

A few Unlockr updates are almost ready to ship:
Better milestone creation flow
Cleaner project pages
Improved holder / burn / time tracking
Faster token loading
Better milestone status + progress
Cleaner action setup
More polished mobile + desktop UI
Nothing too crazy! just making the product feel tighter, faster, and more complete before the next major push.
Unlockr is built around a simple idea: token milestones should actually mean something.
Projects already celebrate holder counts, market cap targets, volume, burns, and time-based goals, but most of the time those milestones are still just numbers on a post. Unlockr lets projects connect those conditions to real outcomes before they happen.
Set the milestone. Define the action. Let the community watch progress in real time.
1,000 holders can unlock a reward pool. A market cap target can open a product feature. A burn goal can trigger a treasury action. A time milestone can unlock gated access. Custom onchain conditions can be tied to whatever comes next.
The bigger vision is to turn roadmaps into something programmable.
Instead of “Phase 2 coming soon,” a project can define exactly what has to happen for Phase 2 to unlock.
Progress becomes visible. Commitments become clearer. Growth actually moves the project forward.
That’s what we’re building with Unlockr.
We’re building Unlockr so a project can map out its entire progression before launch then let the community watch every stage unlock in real time.

One milestone should be able to change what happens next for an entire project.
Unlockr lets teams connect real token progress holders, market cap, volume, burns, time, or custom conditions to actions that matter. Instead of posting “we’ll unlock this at 1,000 holders” and handling everything manually later, the condition and outcome can be defined up front.
That outcome could be a reward drop, gated access, a feature release, a treasury action, or another connected action. The community can see what the target is, how close it is, and what happens when it gets there.
The goal is simple: make token milestones more than numbers on a chart. Make them actually do something.
