(8/8) there's a lot i left for interpretation. this is partially because of having no clue of what to say, and pure uncertainty! sorry about that! i'll do better for the next couple!!

(6/8) throughout the story, quaver seems to be very keen about running a band. the entire song can be viewed in that light, really. the 'faces she wants to eventually meet', the 'future people'

for the eve comparison, quaver realizes that-

(7/8) -she'll never end up meeting eve, and comes to terms with that fact throughout the song.

(5/8) so now everything has new meaning to it. i personally believe beats meaning still is relevant, but the song now has connection to quaver and her views on UNBEATABLE and eve from OMF.

(4/8) from a post-UNBEATABLE standpoint, i viewed the song as beat pushing through life with a new spark in her heart after meeting (and departing with) quaver + co. it was *the* unbtbl song for me

and then D-CELL dropped the bombshell which is that QUAVER WROTE THE SONG???????

(2/8) the message of future people doesn't really click until after you've beaten UNBEATABLE, in which you can associate the song with beat.

examples: "woke up from another stupid daydream / one where i found faces that i've never ever seen" - this can be connected to-

(3/8) beat waking up from her coma, and thinking back to everyone she met inside of quaver's world.

"seeing all these places i have never been / hearing all these voices calling me again" - i interpret this as beat recollecting aspects from her real world (or altworld) identity
