Hard to believe it's been 15 years. And what a journey it has been. I've been quiet here for a long time, but the first few years had an amazing impact. Sending good wishes to everyone - you know who you are :) #MyXAnniversary
Two biggest mistakes when it comes to dealing with past: (1) ignoring it and (2) trying to bring it back. It's gone. It's over. It CANNOT be repeated. That's why it's called #past. But if you ignore you don't learn from it.
Your actions don't just define who you are. They are you. They are your manifestation in the world. As far as the world is concerned, you are your actions.
We become what we practice. Ignoring that fact doesn't make it less true. If you practice what's easy but what you despise, you turn into someone you despise. If you practice what's hard but what you respect, you turn into someone you respect. That's the key to #self.
There is no catching up in life. Every opportunity is unique, so is every moment. I know that much by now. So it's all about making the most out of each moment. The most simple and the most challenging thing in the world.
