@VerizonBusiness I switched to a business account after being told it would save me money. I was promised my phone + home internet bill would be about $185–$190/month, but it now shows $650. I confirmed this multiple times with reps, and now no one is helping. Please fix this.
@Verizon Part 3 I even had a supervisor call to say something seemed off and was checking it. Today my bill released & it’s showing $650. So my bill has gone from $190 to $650 & all I did was add internet which was supposed to be $50/month. Please help bc everyone is ignoring me
@Verizon Pt 2 to confirm because that made no sense and he confirmed several time (check the recording). Since then my bill has been showing it’s going to be $650. I’ve spoken to several reps that told me once the discounts hit that it will be what I was told (cont)

@BankofAmerica please help. I just spent 2 hrs 43 mins on the phone and got transferred 5 times trying to clear a fraud alert. The last rep said it’d be my final transfer—and she was right. I was sent to a closed office and disconnected.
