@ThreeUK I have just spent a lovely half hour getting no
where with your indian call center. I ordered an upgrade and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I have heard nothing since the order was placed. So I just wanted to know when you were planning to deliver it?

[Unni Forseth Mason @unnicath]

@ewan_vinnicombe my daughter would just like to say thank you for the lovely letter and the blue Peter badge, it made her very happy. It has earned a place on her school lanyard so she can show it off to all her teachers and friends.

@DPD_UK Avoid this company at all costs. Lies after lies after lies. 1hour slot being given as 6-22. Absolutely useless customer service.
