Totally! Yoga is not just some postures and breathing practice. It’s a way of life starting with imbibing sattvic values to tapas or self control, finally culminating into Samadhi. It’s a journey from individual to whole - the perfect unity!

Yoga begins with sattvic values and a sattvic lifestyle. This starts with ahimsa and satya in the Yamas, and Niyamas with tapas as self-discipline and svadhyaya as introspection and study of Yoga Shastras. This purifies body, prana and mind for all Yoga practices.
