The Senate may have adjourned for the weekend, but @LetsUnPAC students including the president of Un-PAC GW, Ella, are still putting their bodies on the line on DAY 3 of our renewed #HungerStrike4Democracy, because we cannot wait to pass the #FreedomToVote John Lewis Act!

On Thursday, FORTY @LetsUnPAC students began or restarted their #HungerStrike4Democracy to plead the Senate pass the #FreedomToVote John Lewis Act and save our democracy before it's too late! Our president Ella is with them in DC striking RIGHT NOW!

13 DAYS ago, we started a #HungerStrike4Democracy in Phoenix AZ because the consequences of not passing the #FreedomToVoteAct are far worse than starving.

Now in DC, we remain outside the White House, waiting to meet with @WHCOS & hear about @POTUS's plan to save our democracy.
