There is a chord chart editor and a chord pro editor that allows for transposition in Settings>File. You can import Music XML files and transpose them as well.

Check out version 4.3's Modify command. CD>Play Audio File, select a song and press Modify. You can change pitch and speed up, slow down your music and then save as a new file.
