Check in on your suntanned beach friends. October is here.
One more month until we turn the clocks back, lose the daylight, and enter seasonal depression mode.
We are not okay.
Today is someone’s last Disney trip with their family as they know it. They just don’t know it yet.
Live in the moment. Take the pictures. Appreciate the little things. You never know which memories will become the ones you miss the most.
Gym routine. Headphones on. Music up. Phone on DND.
No scrolling. No distractions. No BS.
Lift. Sweat. Clear your head. Build your body better one day at a time.
Then go home feeling better than when you walked in.
Money and the desire to live comfortably make us do things we don’t really want to do:
Wake up and be somewhere 5 days a week, 8+ hours a day.
Spend time with people we’d probably never choose to hang out with.
Pretend we’re happy to be there.
Come home completely drained.
Then have no energy left for the things we actually want to do with our lives.
Funny how we spend our lives making a living… and have so little time left to actually live.
Try watching a news broadcast with the audio muted. You’ll quickly realize how ridiculous and agenda-driven the news is, just by observing the visuals.
