@nykaafashion @nykaafashion — Issue is, when the product arrived it had a missing dupatta, hence we wish to return it. But pickup guy rejects it cause of missing dupatta. He needs a confirmation from you to pickup.

Please look into it, this isnt fair to customers.

Disappointed with @nykaafashion services.
First of all I received product with missing dupatta. After multiple complaints from 10days no one came to pick it up and no actions taken. Take action to return product asap. Order No. NYK-37853111-0359415
