@JustinMajorCT Have to admit, I'm not sure I can taste the difference between garam masala at the end vs in the beginning, but I also think my garam is not the best, so will try again. The biggest change for me - I used to add the tomatoes *after* the lamb and switching this around is just ๐คฏ
...my father gave me a real hug for the first time because I was sad. I was 40yrs old and he was 67 and it reminds me that people really can change. The last time I cried out of pure sadness, about 7yrs old, and he saw it, he mocked me for crying throughout the entire drive home.

To the untrained eye it may seem as if I have my life together, but we ran out of toilet paper yesterday. I then borrowed a roll from a colleague - nay, client! - who stopped by. So, yes, I may still not have my life together, but at least I'm not embarrassed by it anymore
I mean looking back now, I think things started going downhill for me when the 08:30 Teams call I had turned out to be a camera-on type of call..

The fact that I now have an avocado guy has really given me the peace I needed as a 40 yr old aunty. That he is listed as Avo Dude in my contacts proves that I'm still cool though ๐
