@soidntgetfind@dalepartridge Within that country, within that city of ungodly people. Jesus did not rebuke the sacred land of Israel.
That would be dope on a rope.
@soidntgetfind@dalepartridge Think!! it was to the jews first in Israel, then Gentiles were grafted into the promise. How many Jewish first people before Gentiles? Then To the nations of pagans which all nations are part of. Yet you go to places of Godly reminders with worship/ reverence
@soidntgetfind@dalepartridge That my friend would be a view of a distorted spiritual desolation view of God's character claiming God has cast off Israel. That's all Nothing More.
@soidntgetfind@dalepartridge When the rest of the world has a distorted spiritual desolation view of God's character claiming God has cast off Israel. Deuteronomy 32:21, Romans 10:19-21
@soidntgetfind@dalepartridge What better way to provoke them to jealousy than to Love what what God loves. To spark a desire in the Jewish people to ask: What do they have, and how can we know our own God in that deep way?

@soidntgetfind@dalepartridge @JCRyle Jesus did not reject the physical land of Israel, people reverence Jerusalem as Jesus's birth place and a wall once part of our Holy Gods Temple. The Christian God came from the Jews the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We are to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Why?
@soidntgetfind@dalepartridge @JCRyle Like in Luke 23:34 extending grace to all those involved in His execution. Gentile Spectators, Roman Rulers, and Jewish Leaders.
@soidntgetfind@dalepartridge @JCRyle Although Paul laid guilt for oposition and death of Christ it was not only on Jews but also charged Roman leaders guilty for execution and trials of Jesus
1 Corinthians 2:8
Along with every human being that sinned Hebrews 2:9.
@dalepartridge @JCRyle First of all John 10 :17-18, Second it was a multiple of distinct groups of people played a role in the events leading up to and carrying out the crucifixion of Jesus. Roman Authorities, Jewish Religious Leaders, The Jerusalem Crowd/Mo and mostlyGentile Spectators and Supporters.
We had some storms come through Northern Kentucky this week (which happens regularly) and one of our @ArkEncounter staff took photos of a double rainbow behind the life-size Noah's Ark.
Another reminder of the true meaning of the rainbow:
“I put My bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a sign of a covenant between Me and the earth. And it will be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow will be seen in the cloud, and I will remember My covenant, which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and never again shall the water become a flood to destroy all flesh.” (Genesis 9:13-15 LSB)
A reminder God will never again send a global Flood on the earth (next time judgment will be by fire). There have been lots of local floods since Noah's day which means Noah's Flood wasn't a local event--it was a global catastrophe as described in Genesis 6-9. That's why we at @AiG are adamant Noah's Flood was global!
