@martinyozzer Do yall only sell beer, or is there alcohol as well? Liquor has a much higher profit margin. You can get 20-22 pours out of a $6 bottle, at $4/pour.

@martinyozzer I also ran bars for a long time, and I agree with you on mist, but your math is throwing me. If you're saying that you need to sell 20 pints/hr to justify all your overhead, possibly so, but just the cost of the pint vs the cost of the labor is covered by the third pint.
