@DBSgovuk Any updates on manual certificates. I cannot believe you are the safeguarding database of the UK & your software 'hasn't caught up' with recent new filtering, meaning manual certs cannot be added to the update service? You reported to be fixing this at least 4 years ago

I honestly think waiting months for a DBS, another 4 weeks waiting on a risk assessment and 2 weeks later there's still not a lead signatory on it is making me ill. I moved up North in December & STILL haven't started work

@DBSgovuk I've been waiting since 9th Dec 2022. I've raised a complaint, it was supposedly escolated as a priority. Stage 4 completed 8th Feb. When the application was sent I was in London. We are now back at stage 3 due to my address change. Stage 4 was completed for goodness sake
