I use them too. Max is the man! @maxshoyat@joeypraete Joey they basically deal with all your unfulfillables, brilliant business idea tbh. I have shoes being returned damaged and unfulfillable, they file claims for me I get money back each month from them, and they take a fee if the reimbursement goes through, 25% of it, and then if they don’t get reimbursement with Amazon for example shoes that customer has wore a bit, or whatever, they liquidate it on their eBay store and take 30% fee, and I get paid the rest. It’s all automated which I love and Max is a real business guy.
Nothing shady or tricky about the service which I love and appreciate. Lotta people offer businesses and softwares for certain personal benefits without helping the seller much. This shit is huge help and benefits you immensively as a seller as well. Win win situation on all fronts.
The service sells itself tbh. It’s brilliant.
So far it’s been 80% success rate. Meaning 10 claims they open, I get money on 8 of them. Just my 2 cents on it 👍
