We are pleased to confirm that following some feedback from our BME Members that your BME SU Officer Hera passed on, the university has extended library opening times. From the 28th April to the 12th May (Eid), three libraries, one on each campus, will be open until 4am!
Today is Stephen Lawrence Day, a day marking the celebration of Stephen’s life and legacy.
Stephen’s murder drove forward anti-racism and equality reforms, changing laws and attitudes.

This Q & A event is allows students to pose questions to our BME employer partners and alumni. Questions can be submitted in advance or at the event. There will be an opportunity to network with speakers at the end of the event.

This LGBT+ History Month we are going to be working to raise funds for the amazing @ExistLoudlyUK. For the rest of February we are running a photo competition to support black trans and queer youth. Entry is £1 which can be paid through our go fund me page
