The University of Oregon and Northwest Christian University are partnering to give NCU members access to the UO Student Rec Center for $150 per semester.
Have you signed up for your fall term PE classes? If you need to burn off energy after sitting in lectures or if you need to destress after a three hour lab session, we have you covered! We have a variety of classes ranging from Fitness Kickboxing to Meditation 1.
Stop by the EMU Lawn on June 4th to take time to de-stress and celebrate the end of Spring Term! There will be snacks, lawn games, PAAWS therapy dos, a Craft Center program, and more!
Don’t forget that taking care of our bodies and minds include many aspects, such as getting vitamin D (a scarce resource in Eugene)! Next time you’re working out on a nice day, take advantage of the playground at The Rec for a sun powered workout. ☀️
