The law doesn't allow punishing the wife. But the law can punish the IO, as majority of them are men.

Despite High Courts acknowledging how fake allegations of unnatural sex are being added in matrimonial disputes

Men are being arrested under this charge without any investigation whatsoever

Shipra is asking some of the most relevant questions regarding epidemic of false accusations today. Families of men should be concerned because there's just no hearing for them if they get into situation like this.

I feel so pained. I was in exact same situation of Shipra 14 years ago and nothing just nothing seems to have changed.

Even when we follow the rules, we’re left helpless.
