@excitel_rocks Today I got connection only for 3-4 hours in whole day. Everyday team promises and then they give a damn about it, how Excitel wants to survive ?, cheating customers wont take you far

This is just one of the another day where I have less than 4-5 hours of connectivity in whole day. Do you have any sense of responsibility for the money you take from customer, get this corrected.
@excitel_rocks Please share your CEO's email. As you can see my open ticket of 19 aug is still open, this connection has never worked uninterrupted for 10-12 hours on any day.
I have more than 30 tickets on last 90 days.

@excitel_rocks After my message last night, the connection was down again for several hours, it has lost all credibility of being reliable. Hope team acn look into to this.
