My 89 yo father's energy provider is @SoEnergyUK
He's not lived at home since Jan because of frailty & ill health. In Sept his account was £1500 in credit & yet they haven't refunded him due to spurious reasons.... there's a backlog, they haven't updated their records....shame!!

The new instagram is absolutely dreadful - absolutely no point in worrying about the quality of photos anymore! And what part of 'social' media does @instagram not understand? If I want to discover other accounts, I'll search for myself thank you! It's unusable. Sad.

Similarly 1 of my d'ters developed epilepsy @ puberty, the other when her periods returned after having her 1st baby. Much research needed! Drs admit to not understanding.
