@NIRA_Ug @NIRA_ED I relate. @NIRA_Ug has the worst customer care. I personally applied for a change of DOB in August 2022 and my case was finalised in April 2023 and getting one of their colleagues to help. They kept on asking me to check after 2 weeks. Their legal department is the worst.
