If so, why not just quit what you are doing and find something you love or just live consciously until you find something curious? Life is a process and the milestones make us stop looking forward to more of it. No barriers should be held between you and your mind!
The word, "hard work" and "effort" itself seems to conflict with my mind. And this word is emphasized throughout our growing years. Life is a flowing river and it should get intense as it grows and flows without any effort or hard work, in the sense you should never find it hard!
Society is a constant interaction and collision of programmed minds which are all uniquely formed from unique experiences. The progression is the convolution of these individual thoughts and observations that arise from the individual rational minds that are put forth.
I guess there is no absolute truth. It is always subjective as each one of us is programmed with unique situations subconsciously and this majorly governs how we understand the world. The interaction of intelligence and consciousness is unique for everyone.
The quest to find the truth might not lead you to one. Because that seems to be mechanical, contradicts your beliefs and brings a conflict in your mind. We should be able to find the truth within us in solitude whether we search for it or not, as we tend to become conscious!
Confront every thought of yours, you can find the truth and liberty. It's in your mind. Being conscious makes you enlightened! You tend to understand the root of every emotion you go through, which makes you control the natural bent of the world you see subjectively!
