Here’s an #ECG of a man who was shocked for "V-Tach"

1. V-tach is almost always ≥120 bpm. This rate is too slow!

2. The QRS is >200 ms. V-tach is almost never this wide!

When you see this ECG pattern think ↑K+

K+ was 7.8 !
