- the boyz have won their injunction case applying for the suspension of their exclusive contract with 100

- the legal representative of Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo and Eric said that the exclusive contracts are now legally terminated and are no longer effective

- the legal representative of the boyz also said that the court recognizes that the trust between 100 and the boyz is broken to an irreparable level because of the unsettled payments, failure to provide documents to verify the settlements and failure to fulfill their obligation such as management support and artist protection.

- the court also did not accept the claim of the agency saying that the contract signing fee is an advanced payment, saying that the signing fee is an amount proposed to the artist for recruitment considering their value and marketability -- and that this was a fact both agreed upon by the agency and the artist upon signing. the agency now saying otherwise is nothing more than a reversal and denial of their decision before.

- they emphasise again that the boyz will only fulfill the schedules already confirmed before the termination to keep their promise to the fans and to minimize damage to third parties

- Putusan Pengadilan Injunction DIKABULKAN!
Pengadilan Distrik Pusat Seoul resmi mengabulkan permohonan Penangguhan Efek Kontrak Eksklusif yang diajukan oleh 9 member (Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, Eric) terhadap 100
dan status mulai hari ini, secara hukum mereka bebas dari ikatan kontrak agensi tersebut.

-Alasan Utama Kemenangan
Berdasarkan pembelaan dari firma hukum, agensi terbukti melakukan pelanggaran yang tidak bisa dimaafkan:

• Gaji Tidak Dibayar: Sejak Juli 2025, member TIDAK TERIMA bagi hasil settlement sama sekali.
•Transparansi Nol: Agensi menolak permintaan member untuk melihat data akuntansi dan dokumen dasar keuangan tanpa alasan yang sah.
•Skandal Uang Muka: Agensi ketahuan menerima uang muka (advance payment) puluhan miliar Won atas nama aktivitas artis, tapi member tidak diberi penjelasan atau bagian sepeser pun.
•Manajemen Lumpuh: agensi gagal membayar biaya operasional esensial dan bahkan menunggak gaji staf selama berbulan-bulan.

-Mengenai Member New & Sangyeon:
New : Setelah berdiskusi dengan member lain, New memutuskan untuk tetap bertahan di 100.
Sangyeon: Meskipun sedang menjalankan wajib militer, Sangyeon tetap menjadi bagian dari 9 member yang memenangkan gugatan ini.

- Meskipun 9 member resmi memutus kontrak, mereka menegaskan:
Akan terus mencari cara dan bekerja sama agar grup THE BOYZ tetap berjalan sebagai satu kesatuan.
dan hubungan antar member tetap solid meski ada perbedaan status agensi.

- Para member menunjukkan profesionalisme YANG LUAR BIASAA. Meskipun baru saja menang gugatan hari ini, mereka BERJANJI akan menyelesaikan seluruh jadwal yang sudah ada, termasuk konser di KSPO Dome besok, sebagai bentuk janji kepada penggemar/ DEOBI
