Recently got the opportunity to judge a Group Discussion (GD) event for @uplift_project and here are my two cents on GDs in general:
1. Listening >>>> Speaking.
Remember the famous quote, "Don't listen with the intent to reply listen with the intent to understand.
I have written me experience of being a mentor at @uplift_project by @Girlscript1.
Thankyou team for being so helpful and supportive throughout the programπ€π!!

I was invited to judge a hackathon by @uplift_project 2 days ago and I noticed that students do some silly mistakes during presentations. So here are a few things to keep in mind,
1. Stick to the time limit. Keep the presentation short and to the point.
Congrats to all the teams. It was a pleasure judging the amazing projects.
I would suggest you all participate in hackathons and build as many projects as possible while you are in college. It will teach you a lot of valuable lessons and help you sharpen your technical skills.
Thanks to Anubha Maneshwar, Saumya Singh, Varun Jaggi, Salil Naik for giving their time for Hack-O-Uplift.
They did a fantastic job in not only deciding the winners but also helping the teams, so that they can further improve their project and take it to a larger scale.π
