Toray and Kumho are warning of shipping delays and holding new offers for April. Syensqo is implementing "war-related surcharges" on specialty resins like PEEK and PVDF due to energy and logistics spikes. SABIC and LG Chem have confirmed additional hikes for April. This morning UPM lost power due to a weather related outage. Production is down but shipping is still operating using handwritten paperwork. The latest estimate is 7PM for the power to be restored.
