The chance that an UDFA becomes fantasy relevant is rare.
But it's still worth trying to find some diamonds in the rough.
The three most interesting to me:
TE: Michael Trigg (Cowboys), John Michael Gyllenborg (Chiefs)
WR: Jeff Caldwell (Chiefs)
Ravens GM Eric Decosta said they think Elijah Sarratt is "really really good inside", which is exactly what you want to hear for his deployment at the next level.
HC Shane Steichen on Josh Downs:
"I think Downs' role will step up a little bit more. More targets for him. He's a hell of a player. We played him in the slot a long time, get him some reps on the outside as well in the spring, and see where that goes."
Breakout SZN.
Commanders GM Adam Peters praised WR Antonio Williams' skills as a perimeter WR as in his post-draft presser.
He said he can play both slot and Z, which means he's in the running to be on the field in 2 WR sets... on a team that doesn't much behind Terry McLaurin.
